From July 17 to 20, the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) and the High-Level Conference on Global AI Governance kicked off in Shanghai. Centered on the theme “Intelligent Partners, Co‑Creating the Future,” the event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, academia, and research institutions from over a hundred countries worldwide. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on AI‑driven industrial innovation, global collaborative governance, and the practical deployment of inclusive AI, while reaffirming a development agenda that balances growth with security, upholds the principle of AI for good, and promotes digital transformation through coordinated, multi‑stakeholder governance.

I. The conference’s core guiding principles are highly aligned with our agricultural unmanned‑vehicle business.

In line with China’s National Smart Agriculture Action Plan (2024–2028) and the requirements of the 2026 Central No. 1 Document, the state has explicitly committed to accelerating the large-scale deployment of Beidou‑based autonomous agricultural machinery, establishing ten‑thousand‑mu‑scale unmanned farms, and integrating advanced AI models deeply into every stage of the farming process—from sowing and cultivation to management and harvesting. WAIC bridges domestic and international policies with global industry needs, delivering triple policy-driven benefits to Paravale.

Domestic demonstration projects are accelerating: smart farms, high-standard farmland, and state‑owned agricultural bases across the country are increasing subsidies for the procurement of unmanned systems. The company’s fully autonomous, driverless agricultural machinery solutions can be rapidly deployed in scenarios such as crop production, orchards, hilly and mountainous terrain, mowing, and material handling.

Global cooperation channels are expanding: The conference has established a platform for connecting agricultural technologies across multiple countries. • Lightweight, modular design enables low-cost deployment for both small and large farmers as well as family farms, thereby fulfilling WAIC’s commitment to inclusive AI development.

 

Integrated hardware–software R&D, breaking down overseas technology barriers and building core competitiveness for domestically produced smart agricultural machinery.

The WAIC Global Industry Forum underscored the need for countries to accelerate self-reliance and controllability in core AI hardware, thereby avoiding technological bottlenecks. Leveraging its proprietary industrial‑grade high‑precision electric cylinders, servo drives, and autonomous driving control algorithms, Pavalais has achieved domestic production of all key components in its agricultural unmanned systems.
